First check to see if your pc is capable of running windows 10. If so, download a copy of windows 7 and activate it with Dazloader. Search on this forum for both.
When you have activated win 7, go on google windows 10 assistive technology and you will be able to update for free.

All the information you need is on here mate.

hi chookey, thanks for that info, have try to download win 7 file but having no joy,

You Have Exceeded Your Daily Download Amount of 1G Per Day,i have not downloaded anything yet ???

No way will your pc be able to run windows 10,Windows xp is a really old operating system and will not be up to the job of windows 10,Best try windows 7 or 8 but i doubt it will do the windows 8,Maybe time to upgrade to a newer pc

thanks lescantle, have check pc and it is capable of running windows 10,it is home build pc,was trying to download win 7 file from your site but keeps telling me i have exceeded my daily download of 1G per day,i have not downloaded anything yet

I didn't mean try to download it from this site, I meant that there are external links to it on this site.
Why do some people automatically assume that an old OS= an old pc? There are many reasons for running an earlier os, program compatibility for example. One of my pc's is running XP, some programs I used for reprogramming tv nvrams wouldn't work on anything else.

I found that windows 10 ran smoother and was less memory intensive than either win7 or win8
