Win 10 Windows 10 Question

I'm running windows 10 on my laptop and under the location ThisPC is there any way to add a folder to the list like one call Temp, I know I can make a folder in download or documents but I would like to add one under ThisPC is this possible.

3 ways I can think of
First usb mass storage device connected to your computer
2 partition your hard drive
3 not sure about this but maybe 3rd party tool like ultra iso where it gives you a virtual drive. Not sure if you can write to it or if it read only
