Image resizing

Does anyone know a good bit of software out there which will resize some PNG pics but keep the quality?

hey mike 361 i use a program called ben vista photozoom 6 been using it for many years and its mint at wot it does,though you must remember it depends on the size of the original image,if the original image is very small then no resizing software will make it look good at a bigger size,so giv ben vista a try you may like it,you can also use it as a plugin for photoshop,i personally love the software.It is a paid software but if you look about ahem....... you can get it elsewhere lol
