RIP Ugo Taken too soon. Remember him when he played for Rangers

Everyone seems to speak very highly of Ugo and not just for the the football side of things but he seemed to be a good human being.

Was speaking about this to my missus last night and someone that has been the peak of health and fitness, has a cardiac arrest, then the medical guys at Spurs who were right there helping and must be some of the best and top of there game but then he still dies.

Just makes you think that if its your time then its your time. If you work out and eat healthy does it really help you live longer?! If it does, by how much really?

Before anyone says, I agree if you are smoking and eating crap day in day out then you are going to be in an earlier grave.

But how many smack heads and piss heads who are abusing there bodies day in day out and they live longer than 44 yrs of age.

Maybe I should have put this in the rant room lol.

Just makes you think I suppose when these things happen to healthy fit people.
