Unfortunately, if this had occurred in Britain and it was brought to an end the same way all the do-gooders would be up in arms and no doubt there would be police and members of the services in court charged with the murder of the scum bags.

Apparently the scumbag coward killed the 4 hostages when he first entered the supermarket and began the siege, so no blood on the polices hands, well none of any worth

yet over the decades actions have proved louder than words, mostly famously the Iranian embassy siege, Gibraltar, plenty of times in Ireland and lots of domestic situations.

And I'm pretty sure the French tried to capture them alive so I am not sure what your point is.

lol the French had units there from every section of it's special forces, Military and police including the Brigade des Forces Speciales Terre (BFST) The National Gendarmerie Intervention Group (GIGN) all being co ordinated by The Commandement des Operations Speciales (C.O.S)

I don't think there was any intention to let the scum bags out alive, well I hope not !

They are saying the single shooter was potentially part of larger group who were looking at targeting a jewish school. Guess we will never know now that he is dead.

It was no coincidence there is long history of Islam butting heads with Judaism.
Its as always sad that innocents have to lose their lives for no reason other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time..
may take a while to catch the woman but they will..I hope with no more loss of life..they could do with taking her alive as she could provide after a little persuasion vital Intel.

Glad you are not in charge of the operation. A dead terrorist is a dead terrorist, doesn't help anybody. A captured terrorist is a potential mine of information. I was reading something last year about the amount of information the live Boston bomber gave up.

The aim is always to take them alive..that's always the brief,but in these situations your also told not to take any chances,your number one priority to to preserve the lives of the zeros(civvies) if that looks like it is under threat you go in.
