Rats Picon updater (Blackhole and O.E 2.0)

Master G on another forum has done the following:-

Modified the architecture in the control file so that it installs on all images whether OE 2.0 or OE 1.6. He has also made a Blackhole installer.

As the forum does not allow .tgz files, I have compressed the Blackhole installer file.

yeah but also tell him not to plaster all his forums url over it, no need for that...

I have removed it!

You know I told Rat I would get round to this, but my dreambox won't accept FTP connections and I do not have the leads to reflash it, so i cannot build the IPKG

So while I am grateful, I also feel it is slightly cheeky and not something that I would have personally done, he added a restart script that spits out some other forums url...
