I should of said its a very simple guide so if you have any more questions feel free to ask here

Don't mean to be stepping on your toes here Rat, but i thought i could add a windows 7 ftp guide, as a matter of preffered ftp preference to the users choice.

If you have windows 7 and your TM-800 HD is on the same network you could just...
follow Tutorial :)

Make sure he brings the server details with him.

After you set up the TM6900 while watching a channel even an fta one on the remote press 8281. A new window will appear and its in there that you enter the details.
If you get stuck or need anything clarified get back to us.

I'm probably not the best qualified to say but I'll have a go...

You need an ftp client or programme.
The best way to do this is to download VUCC which is a simple programme that connects to your box and let's you backup and change settings and also links to filezilla which is an ftp programme.
First you need to know your boxes IP address
This can be found from the setup/menu/network if you don't already know it.
Type that in and vucc should connect to the box. (Assuming Duo2 is same a s Solo2).
Most boxes username is root and password is blank.

Once connected, click on the filezilla button and it will launch and connect automatically. From there you can navigate to the required folder to make any changes you want.

If its your first time it might sound com, plicated but it really isn't and after a while becomes second nature. [emoji51]

Edit:
Drat! I've just looked back at the OP - it's all in there. Good luck.
