Openbox problems

Please help, any advice will be appreciated.

Have an openbox v5s, had stable c line for 2 yrs, purchased a new gift and the server was unstable for some reason so he gave be a N line. This N line shows server 'online' all the time but most channels are scrambled, only some remain like sky1, sky sports 1,2 etc. Movies and some other sport channels are scrambled.

When I used to lose channels I would update by network (tprog) and all channels would be back again - now when I update by network the channels are still missing. Why is this?

I cant seem to find a firmware update for my box via ajsat links etc.

Is it too old now? Should I buy a v8 or v9 openbox?

Update channels via USB mate.
Not network.
All channels clearing here on old F5s and I have not updated firmware.
