you have no contract with Samsung, your contract is with the store you brought it from, as the tv appears to be less than two years old it's classed as not of merchantible quality, it should of lasted longer than it has, speak to trading standards to get fully clued up, then approach the shop you got it from, they may ask for an independent engineers report, which you will have to pay for, but if your claim is succesfull, and I would expect it to be, they will pay for the report.
