More infomation is required if you are to be helped...Is box still connected to network,is the cam running,are you using a server for paid channels is the lion still live?
It says scramble or no video the only thing I subscribe to is Virgin media broadband it's been off for a week now

What is the box set up?
Do you use box to watch ppv channels or just free to air?
What channel lists are you using?
Are you watching UK channels on 28.2e or cable..sorry I don't know the box..
Have you checked all F connections are good ie sat dish feed is good.
What's been off for a week your channels or your broadband?

Then it is most likely the server has stopped..if box is definatly connected to network but channels are not clearing then it is unfortunately most likely your provider has cut you off..
Cheers mate..I don't know much about this box except the obvious stuff and there is little or no info about box..

Back on however most channels are scrambled or glitchy
Some suggest this; Cable TV Broadband 28dB Amplifier Signal Booster for Virgin Media CATV solves the problem
save your money m8 , check your cable and f-connectors are all ok and nice and tight (plus not shorting on the cable centrer and shield)
iv got a a780 and some days the ppv channels are off , are glitch like hell
end of the day the server is free and is crap most of the time
