Updated software not working

its not that, you have the correct provider for previous updates, this will always be the same.

updating may not stop glitching but it provides the box with the necessary info needed to connect to the server...
 
well box had to be updated as they were not working last few weeks so update was necessary as pointed out you may have wrong net id but then you would not be able to scan all the channels in ,I have had a few guys saying the 20th feb update was glitching so they went back to the 15th feb and glitch free sounds more like you have lost internet connection can you try updateing again via lan if your connection is ok then it will say already updated if that's the case I would factory reset and scan again again and let us know
 
im still no wiser as to how my channels are going to return. thanks for replies though
