This is a bummer. I still have a null modem cable but the only kit I have with a serial port is an old tower that is so low spec that it can only run Lubuntu - the sw update and loader are all written for Windows.
Anyone know when the the sw update will be available through the box?

Not in my neck of the woods M8.
Started off today with download hanging at about 25% then it went to nothing.
Its downloading again but hanging about the 10% mark.
that many people will be using online download try it later

mines sits on 10% and goes no where
The online update worked for me last night at 4am, i would suggest trying at a less busy time ? m8
yes mine was about 2ish tried earlier but to busy
I tried a few times last night but got nothing till about 2am I would keep trying to you get the update. If its not to inconvenient if not the later the better till you get it
