scrambled or no video

hi all my box for over a week now has been doing the above lets you watch for 2 mins then goes for 30 seconds then back on for a few mins then goes again constantly if there a fix for this or is it just the server

if its doing on the premium channels only, then its ither server or your internet connection.

if it gives this message on FTA channels, then its a problem with your cable feed..

probably server though..

be ther server then..

make sure you box has the latest firmware on..
that aside there's not much you can do...
