ISP HELP - Banned from site fo entering wrong details, can not access ??

On there mate, looks like they want a PGP encrypted reply via PM...

I gave copy/pated the PGP into a txt file , tried to import in Gut i get an error message ??

So i also have the option to send a PM BUT i can not as i have THIS LINK at the top of the page in RED - You are unable to post. How to enable posting.

I click it and i am back to another email to send messages to !!!

I tried loads of usernames, loads of email accounts, can't send a PM. PGP key is not even correct.
