He wasn't surprisingly. Probably wasn't expecting another release so soon

He's just patched it now and I've uploaded

He does not patch the drivers himself the factory do and use his name to release them

If he is patching them the original script or info came from the factory.

A few bytes are changed to 00 (which in mipsel machine code stands for no operation which basically the driver doesn't do it's check on date).

He does do it himself as it only takes a few minutes in a binary editor but I believe it was factory that provided details originally on how to patch
