hi friends

i want to pick your guys brain.......

when we use are digital serial from our sly box (8 digits)

we use a NDS boxkey generator program.

once we insert our 8 digits into a boxkey generator it will generate a hex 8 digit.

which we will insert into our cccam e.g.

boxkey:/dev/sci0 11 22 33 44

my question are :

1) 11 22 33 44 being our code of our sly box........can anyone decode it so in order get our box number

2) can we hide this in the line so no one can see this line or the 11 22 33 44

3) can we get this this hex codes without using the boxkey generator

4) does our data stay on the system so someone can hack the data and find all the boxkeys for all the sly boxes (sly may be getting the data).

5) can anyone hack into to boxkey generator software

why i ask these question because i suspect that sly have been able to decode these and hence send those letters of anti piracy to people as i got one.

come guy come back with feedback

thanks jazz

3. you can get without the generator. DO NOT USE ONLINE GENERATORS!

sorry for digging up an old thread, can anyone tell me how to get the boxkey without using an online generator?

I have looked and am still looking.

Use windows calc, input the decimal then select the hex radio button.

found this post from digidude:
your NDS key is as unique to you as your viewing card number, and points directly to your sly account, and its possible these nds key generator sites are farming numbers

if your serial is

9f020212345678910

remove the 9f0202, take the next 10 digits 1234567891 and forget the last one

go here

DECIMAL to BINARY conversion, DECIMAL to HEX converter, Decimal to Hexadecimal convertor

and paste the number in the bottom box and press the button, and youll get

499602D3

which is your boxkey

if it returns anything thats less than 8 digits long, add zeroes to the BEGINING of it to make it up to 8

changed the link to a working one

Windows calc will give same result, didn't think it was that difficult to use that an online one was necessary.

i use a scientific calculator app on my phone, i just enter the decimal number, then press the HEX button, job done
