iPod Jailbreaking iPod Touch 3G on 3.1.3

Anyone know if I can do this and if I can could you please point me in the correct direction

Version number is - 3.1.3(7E18)

Model number is - MC086BT

Never done a Touch 3G but im sure you can do it with the spirit jb available here, it does say any Touch on 3.12,3.13 or 3.2
