have you emailed cardman for an explanation. He may be waiting on stock.

i think you go through a compliants procedure on paypay it quite a complicated procedure

mickie most payments through paypal are final but if the buyer has not collected payment you can cancel it there will be a button to do this if he hasnt collected the payment. If he has go to the security section and fill in a non delivery of goods form they will take it from there but sometimes they will only pay back a percentage of the total cost hope this helps

cheers guys will try it

@ianbb yes mate wmailed him about 4 times now no reply

ive heard of this before with cardman but he always seems to resolve and come up with the goods.

I ordered a fun card off him on the 21/3/04 and sent him many many emails but no reply :(
I have used cardman before with no probs , and I seem to remember someone else having probs with him not so long ago
I am not holding out much hope now and have ordered else where but be WARNED this has happend to many times now I would think twice about buying from this guy

basically what allroad said, when he has the money, not much can be done i dont think! thats why i always use nochex instead much safer

Siross in what way is Nochex safer m8 ?

not reallly sure but ive always been told by online traders that nochex is safer, maybe something to do with its ease of use.

ive never really used paypal so i wouldnt really know but nochex is pretty safe

u have to confirm an amount of money in your bank account that they deposit to check its your card/account
u need to confirm the last digits of your card every time u visit
if your details are added incorrectly u are notified immediately.

not sure if paypal has all these safety features aswell

I use both and cant see any difference apart from with Nochex u pay 99p but thought u might know something i didnt
:)

lol nope

u dont have to pay 99p unless u take the money out of your bank account everytime, if u put quite a bit into of money from your bank account into your nochex account then its free to use.

one other thing with paypal is that credit companies can chargeback the amount sent to you if they dont get their money so theoretically stolen cards can be used so u recieve the payment, send goods and then the credit company takes the money back and ur left with nothing
