Its not people being offended thats the issue. Its the fact that he did something to try and cause trouble and that is against fifa rules.
Some of the moron element in both sets of supporters dont need much encouragement to start bother and a so called professional should know better. Anyway Fifa have stepped in and expect some action to be taken.

Think of it this way. What if something did kick off because of his irrisponsible actions got up the nose of some moron and some kid got hurt or worse would you still think his actions were wise?
