help with 2100c

need a bit of help with my sam 2100c
The ird is right and bk is right checked it three times
Box is on all free viue work and the pay channels are all lit up as if to work but don’t and the movie ask for pin and that gos blank and I no the pin as I did the box
But first time iv come a cross this problem and I have done a mosc card and fun card with different flashes but still the same
And the other problem is my wife in my ear cos she hasn’t got the films (as anyone got a gun for sale so I can sort my last problem out has it’s the easy one to do lol)

i also had this problem till i checked my bk i had typed 1 letter wrong .................it took me a while till i seen it

sounds like the BK is wrong to me.

Insert the current keys manually into your image. If you still only get freeview channels then you know you have a wrong bk.

if the image he used is a working AU image and the bk IS wrong the keys will of updated anyway.... or am i wrong????

He said he has checked his ird and bk 3 times, I assume he is jtagging the details. He could of course just check his keys against the ones for his area in the extra cp. If he knows his details are correct and that he has the current pks' then as long as his image is in date there is no reason why he shouldn't be getting all channels.

I thought the idea here was to help the guy.

remember this is a 2100 thats been jtag, so he could of gotten a false bk's in the 1st place if he's not using the correct bytes!!! i think unupdated keys gives u that unauthorised message... but if he's absloutely sure its correct and he can change the netid using funcard, then it might be down to signal problem preventing the keys from updating... me think

did you jtag the box befor putting it on line?? if so , as gentlex says you may of jtagged it with wrong bytes, now its been in line use the latest bytes and jtag again and see if BK is different to one you already have..if you just get a black screen with no message i think its the Bk wrong. if you get a message saying not authorised to see that channel i would check your rights and expiry dates on your image....

No irratic, I'm the one that should be sorry. I'm a touchy t**t sometimes, especially when the other guy is right.
I should have explained my post more thoroughly or not posted at all, lol. Methinks its' time to take a little holiday from here.
