• Presence of conventional and SNPicons picons checked.
• SNP names, SRP and Ocram's reference listed.
• You can optionally place a lamedb file and/or picon folder in tmp directory. These will be used instead of the system ones. If not present, system ones will be checked.
• Output file name changed
