Beginner weights

I'm going to start some type of routine on the morning but motivation is an issue for me any tips on that

yea mate best motivation is soon as you start you won't want to stop it's addictive like a drug . Some days are a struggle but if you can do 4-5 days a week for a month then it because a habit . Remember never take more than 3 Days off without some sort of training . Even on holiday I make sure I do a hour a day . Then as your body shape changes that's all the motivation you will need . People will notice before you do and the are you hitting the gym comments will make you even more eager to train harder

Totally agree, also take pictures, I know it sounds vain but as you start seeing the change over time you will buzz off it. Get into little habbits, wake up in the morning and bust out some push ups to get the endorphin's going and set your self up for an active day. Eat clean your energy levels will be through the roof :)
