yea mate best motivation is soon as you start you won't want to stop it's addictive like a drug . Some days are a struggle but if you can do 4-5 days a week for a month then it because a habit . Remember never take more than 3 Days off without some sort of training . Even on holiday I make sure I do a hour a day . Then as your body shape changes that's all the motivation you will need . People will notice before you do and the are you hitting the gym comments will make you even more eager to train harderI'm going to start some type of routine on the morning but motivation is an issue for me any tips on that
