looking to lose weight but dont wanna join a gym or buy any equipment. lol

is push ups and sit ups enough alone or is there anything i can do?

i just wanna lose my gut, a more in fit chest (gettin moobs lol) and wanna make my back and neck bigger and my arms aswell, not arsed about my legs as i do football every week.

Look up prison style training :).

There was a PDF somewhere, maybe on here, it had tips on bodyweight exercises.

You might speed your metabolism up a bit with the exercise, but more efficient fat loss can be accomplished in the 23 hours per day you don't exercise by manipulating your diet.
 
my metabolism is quite high anyway mate, i can eat loads and put nowt on, this gut has come since i stopped smoking and drank everyday, but now i only drink weekends.

as for the diet, i have what the misses cooks and shes on a diet.

i was 11 stone when i smoked but that was too skinny, i am now 14 and half - 15 stone and its only my gut that is lettine me down lol

loads of posts and stickes on here to help you out mate... loads of options. End of the day though sounds like it is the drink. You have to be honest with yourself. Are you eating loads of sugar and fatty things... he honest now.

If you reckon your metabolism is as high as it is then what else can you do, lol... You can up the strengh training to build more muscle. More muscle will up your metobolic rate even more.

Make sure you are doing something at least 3x a week. Do a combination of cardio and strengh training. Loadsssssssssssssssssss of info on here man!!...
