Phone Unlocking Nokia 6230i Help Needed Please

HI

My son has a nokia 630i mobile phone it has been unlocked to all networks.

He has a t-mobile sim in the phone but ever time he trys to phone someone it allways says calling then it says .......active incoming call diverts...... so i tryed to cancel all call diverts but it just keeps saying request not completed .

Have also tryed diffrent sim but still the same..

can anyone help please

itll do this because as the phone starts dialing it sends a command to the netwoprk to say its unavailable for incoming calls, the network sends a command back saying ok then anyincoming calls will be diverted to answer phone and your handset responds by telling you on the screen that theres now an active call divert, but as soon as you and the call this will turn itself off as your phone is available againand your incoming call will make your phone ring instead of being diverted to answwerphone because your busy on a call

Thanks for the help m8 but it still an go for my sons phone.

So i try ringing him and all i get it bep bep or calls to this phone are bard ..

when he phone me it just says on the lcd calls diverts are active call failed

so i tryed to cancel all call divertes and it will not allow me to do this ..

then when i try to reset all call diverters to default it wants a code but i have no idea what the code is ...

so can anyone help please
