Arghhhhh !! Help !!

i flashed my neutrino dream plus ultra 0.9b using dream up.

everything was working fine, but about every 24-48 hours the box will reset and i have to search for all channels again.

this is really doing my head in becuase i sorted all my channels out into different groups !!

whys this happening ?

can some one suggest a image i can flash with dreamup, as that is the software i prefer to use at the moment.

There is a bug with neutrino which will hopefully be fixed in the next release.

In the meantime, I would recommend using the DW UK 1.6.1 image. It's not neutrino, it's enigma so it will look different. Some find enigma hard to get used to but once you use it for a while it's ok. I find enigma more stable than neutrino but others are the opposite. Just depends on your setup and signal.

All I can say is try as many images as you want. Leave them on for a few days and see how stable they are. See what features they have & check out the web interface (enter the ip address of the dreambox into your web browser on a PC, if it's connected to a PC lol).

You seem to be good with Dreamup so flashing different images will get you more accustomed to using the box. It'll become second nature to you lol.

what do you mean by features ??????

the box is connected via null cable.

menus are differnt m8 is the main thing but I like Enigma but many dont
Id rather have a stable image over menus Im used to but thats just me

right its working abit better this digital worlds flash.

also the screen is better as it seems to keep the same format for every channel which is good !

what else can i do with this image ??? and how do i set up different groups to organise my channelz ?

If you have dbox2 neutrino services you can convert them to dreambox enigma format using Bouquetter. There is also a guide here.

got another question.

i have the channels i the bouquets, but is there anyway of setting up the channel numbers.

for example bbc 1, as channel 1 when i press 1 on my controller ?

Might be a bit late but anytime you make any changes to bouquets with this image you have to goto "save settings now" the red key, it's in the main menu I think, then it will save your channels/bouquets.
