no m8 "win 2003 server sp2" has only just been released to auto upgrade.

According to _http://www.microsoft.com/windows/lifecycle/servicepacks.mspx SP3 for XP (pro and home) is due out 1st half of calendar year 2008 (pushed back from 2nd half 2007).
