I see that a few people have already had problems with them, however since they were the only people who had stock of the Willem 4.5 with TSOP48 i had to buy it from them.

I Ordered the item, Paid for special delivery " Guaranteed next day" and took 3 days to get here, In the meantime i emailed him to ask if it was shipped and got no reply. I emailed yet again and got no reply, Excellent customer services isnt it ??

Anyway, my programmer arrived this morning "Loose in a jiffy bag" which was totally pathetic packaging and thats it, No paperwork of any kine, No information on the product or anything. I done even know what the required power supply voltage is to power it. Aint got a clue on switch or jumper settings either. So i emailed him again and what do you know, They never replied again.

I am totally disgusted with my first transaction here, There bigest problem is communication. Everytime I order from TMC, Its a perfect transaction as it should be.

Has anyone else had problems recently communicating with them and does anyone have a office phone number for them

Regards

jabs is ok.
why would you ask them for info on how to use something like a willem?
if your buying a willem then you know what its used for and should do your homework on how to use it. its not like its an every day piece of equipment that every 1 uses.
think you will find tmc and jabs both have good and bad posts in this forums. id be happy if i recieved all my goods in 3 days but you cant have everything.

Fair comments mate,

But if you place the order at 9.20am and pay for Special delivery which is next day ? And he confirms this by his first email after payment.

I am fully aware of what it is, and what it does.. I am no newbie to electronics.

The programmer has a 7812 (12v) regulator on it next to the jack, I spoke to Willem earlier and they told me 16v - 19v DC which is odd.. I just dont want to kill it by applying numerous voltages

I cant see a post that states the correct voltage that should be applied, People are saying 9v, some are saying 12v ?? This is the point i was making, You would expect the place of purchase to be able to tell you this, but they are not returning emails

.

Have to agree with that. If you had looked on the Jabs site properly he even supplies a tutorial.

And I wouldnt use less than 12v m8.

Thanks for that..
Its a shame that there was no information in his original email to inform you that they are for download and not supplied.

I just did not expect to receive it dropped in a jiffy bag with nothing at all.. and after reading countless posts here over the last few months and being told totally different by Willem, You start wondering who is correct..

Thankyou for the link, its appreciated
