i have just got a nokia d-box and when i plug it in the only thing that happens is i get a black screen with white flickering lines across the middle any advice as i am new to d-box

try the scart connector at the back of the box or tv....sometimes the scart will need wiggled about to get a picture....is the menu and boot up screen ok? if so it aint the scart....
