HEROES is one of the best series ive seen, up to episode 16 now, and there is SOOO much goin on. easily better than LOST and 24 (in my oppinion)

Heroes proved a ratings winner for the Sci-Fi channel last night, with the first episode pulling in the channel's highest ever audience and best multi-channel prime time position in its 12 year history.

The show attracted an audience of 622,766 adults and a 4.3% share, and generated the highest prime time TVR (percentage of potential audience viewing a channel) of 0.94 and a 2.4% share.

Nick Betts, Sci-Fi's managing director, said: "This result is a spectacular way to start the series' run. It more than validates the belief we had in the show the moment we saw it at last year's LA Screenings and reflects the hard work everyone at Sci-Fi has put into launching it."

Billed by the channel as "Lost meets X-Men", Heroes follows the tale of a group of ordinary people who discover they have special powers that will ultimately change the world.

The show has been hit in the US, giving NBC its best new show performance for 5 years, and a weekly audience of over 15 million, as well as receiving two Golden Globe nominations

Indeed I am!!

It's a great series Rat. I've never seen Lost or Prison Break. So not sure how you guys compare it to them but personally I think it is one of the best shows I've seen.

Ooohhh! Might have to give this a whirl! Downloaded CSI Season 6 in HD so watching that just now but will definitely download this!

Watched 1&2 on monday on sci-fi and it looks promising.

I watched the first three last night, then jumped straight on newzbin and started grabbing the rest! Bit slow to start off but getting better all the time. The conclusion to epinsode 3 was brill!

Heroes is one of the best series ive seen, the 1st seasons close to its end and it seems like it hasent even started yet. (18 episodes a season, already on 16), my favourite characters Hiro so far, hes awesome. wot bout u guys, whos your fav hero so far? lol

very good series, as previously mentioned series one's nearly finished. Lost is so overated.

In order of best U.S series's i'd say

1.Prison Break
2.Heroes
3.Boston Legal
4.Supernatural
5.Lost

ive watched all 15 episodes...absolutely brilliant....altho does seem to slow down in the middle but picks back up again, character developement is superb and the effects are amaziiing. leaves you always wanting more and trying to unriddle the clues.

is episode 18 the last one in the series or is it just a US break ? coz they do like there breaks in the US
