Losing channels

Hi all is there a problem with n*l pure in Teesside as I am starting to lose some channels then they come back on again and I lose other channels so I turn of box at the wall then turn it back on to re boot and every thing is back on and my m8s box is doing the same now
Dose any one no if virgin are up to something
Also im using a tit 2 card

try yo update the software m8 it should stop
