Just gave up smoking and can`t sleep at night. Keep tossing and turning. Can anyone advise on something to help us sleep?

This is my second day. Gave up for lent but if I can go the 40 days sure I might as well stay of em. Anyway sleep is out the window at the moment.

There's a herbal remedy, called Quiet Life, which might help.

10 pints of Auntie Stella should tuck you in m8, other than that lie on the edge of the bed.......youll soon drop off lol. (The old 1's are allways the best)

I've been stopped (mostly) for a couple of months. Sleeping will be easier after the first week definately.

I couldn't drink myself to sleep without smoking. I think the tea I had was called sleepy time tea or something like that. It does help.

The other option is to cook up a load of ganja cakes and eat a couple on your way home from work. I like that one.

Try chewing Gum.. it might help... Best of luck
Its gonna be tough..

the missus gave up over a week ago she went to her local gp and he prescribed a drug called "zyban" .
she has been very easy to live with ,better than i expected lol.
this drug has no nicotine at all in it so it just targets the craving section of the brain lol .
honest

Dont forget u can help and freebies from ur doc's, it will save u a fortone on gum and patches etc.

It's an old one, but a good mug of horlicks or hot milk and sugar always sends me off.

Good luck with it.

to be honest its a tw@t
i gave up 5 yrs ago and i used to wake up at night and smoke 5 cigs
not all at once lol
but when i stoped it was fookin hard m8
i slept but used to wake every 30mins
u soon lose that m8

best way is to go to bed early say 11 o'clock
problem is u have to get in to a routine
do this for a few nights
then when the night cravings stop u can change ur time

but m8
dont give up its worth it

i have lots more money now u will be suprised how much u save

i used that it worked a treat ,not touched one or wanted one for 3 years and it made it easy to stop.its an antidepressant and also calms the craving down, give it a go ask your doc

Used it myself....its very good.

I started again after 12mnths off them...not sure why but gonna pack in for good soon (with the zyban help)!
