before u even start to program ur card u need to know ur ird(nagra serial number) and ur boxkey
the ird is simple if it is a pace box
inside a sticker on the scart socket failing that in the ewngineers menu
accessed by turning the power off on the box then holding in the up and down buttons in the oval of buttons on the front keeping hold turn the power back on keeping hold of the buttons till it boots in the the menu
then prsee the right button to move to page 2
look for nagra serial num,ber
should start 12 ands hav 6 more digits

now if u r lucky and the box is a di1000 the bk may be in the database
u will need to pm me or ask if somebody will look for u

now if ur box is a samsung (known as a sammy)
the ird is on a stickjer on the bottom again as nagra serial number
this will be a decimal number that needs to be converted to hexadecimal
just copy it down starting with the 104 adding the next 7 digits
enter this into the windows calculator in scientific mode then click hex it should give u a 8 digit number begining 3E

see if u can get this far
