eurovox - voice over on some channels???

hi all i have a eurovox max 3 wen i wach some channels i get voice over as if it was for the blind dose eny good people know how to get it of thanx :FRIGHT:

Press the Red "Lang" button on your remote.
On screen menu of AUDIO with two options, normally 1 English 2 English.
Press the down arrow on your remote and highlight one of the two options.
Now press OK
Press exit and the voice over should have gone.
