What software do i need?

Ive just downloaded a episode of prison break season 2 ( for the misses, honest ) but cant unrar or burn it what so ever. It down loaded 33 files named ...
Prison Break S02E14 DD5.1 448kbps-ALANiS.0000.ts,
Prison Break S02E14 DD5.1 448kbps-ALANiS.0001.ts,
Prison Break S02E14 DD5.1 448kbps-ALANiS.0002.ts
etc
Does anyone know what i need to join them or burn them ?

Did you repair it using the par2 file and quickpar?

Hi,

The .ts files are HDTV files.
VLC media player (free) will play them on pc.
To convert them to avi files you can use DR.DIVX (have not tried it yet myself)

Was suprised to see that it never needed to be repaired when i ran quickpar.

Thanks for that, is there any was to convert them to dvd so the misses can watch them on the dvd player?

looks like nero 7 will burn it, problem is it burns it to a disk in 33 episodes so what i need now is something that will join all the .TS files first. Anyone know whats good for this?

I use winrar and it works for that kind of prison break

Just right click the first file and click extract here.

If that dont work try auto unpack, just do a search on google to d/l it.

Edit: I can play that kind of file in Media player.

Just found this and it works a treat.

open up your text editor, copy the following into it ...

copy /b *.ts merged.ts

then save it as merge_ts.bat into your .ts folder. Double click it and it will merge all the .ts files in that folder into a single merged.ts file.
