2.71 motherboard

i have a 2.71 firmware PSP and the motherboard says ic6001 is this a NON TA-082 as i have searched around the internet and theres not much information about it.

can any one help me please with my problem, im a bit confused with the downgrading thing and dont want to brick my psp.

yes. You have a non TA082-86 (probably a TA079). You need to have ic1003 for it to be a TA082.

Dont matter weather its ta-82 now anyway as thats hacked also.
