hi all need a bit of help her just got amiko lx800 but cant find how to put my iptv into

thanks all

Do you not just put your info into the portal setup?

that what i thought but no joy seen video on you tube loaded the bin file pressed 2822 on remote sent mac to provider still wont load ??

Check you have sent the correct mac code

This could be different when using wifi as opposed to ethernet and visa versa.

have tried both WiFi and Ethernet still no good did factory reset loaded all info still no joy

You say you selected a bin file and pressed 2822 was that to update your firmware ?

Have you then opened the mytv app and inserted the url ending in /c/ in to the portal settings ?

ended url /c as pre url sent to me give up go back to fire stick.

No its /c/ not /c

Also you can add m3u lines on the LX make sure you use portal 1

And go over your line and make sure you have made no typos.

Make sure it is actually connected to the net not assume.

These boxes work fine it has to be a setup issue or the line.

Where did you take the mac address from lable on base of the box or from the app MyTV ?

ok will try /c/ url from supplier was /c mac from sticker under box and menu in account information

Are you setting up under Portal 1 mate ?

Is your mac address showed correctly in that portal ?

By the way the latest version of software is 2.0.3.0. so you should probably run the update and try again.

in portal 1 yes mac address is from the sticker and whats in mt tv login loader version 1.9.6-3 application 2.4.9 kernel v2.6.27.55 were to get software 2.0.3.0

Try using the net upgrade feature it should be on the front page opposite lower corner from the mytv app
