Best Bang For Buck AMD CPU

Lads what is the best for your money cpu wise.

Grandson wants a pc for basically playing fortnight and my daughter wants it capable of his school work.

Does not need to be over the top spec like ill build it around a

A320 mobo
16gb 3200 ram
Basic graphics card for Fortnight.

Whats your thoughts ?

My lads PC runs fornite ok on intergrated graphics (intel HD 4000).
There will be some performance loss, but to me it looks ok.

...and AMD Vega integrated graphics are way better than Intel integrated graphics.
