enabling Biss codes on Technomate 5402 HD M3 C! Super

Please can any of you wise people tell me how til enable the Biss keys screen?...is always is at OFF...whenever I change a code and save and go back and check it has reverted back til the previous code...I am person with learning difficulties- so please go easy on me....lol!

Can you let us know what channel you are having trouble with, satellite / transponder / channel name.
With this info, we will be able to talk you through what to do.

thank you for getting back- I am trying til get Scandinavian channels on 1 west- I am trying til input the latest Nordic keys about 4 lines worth. thanks

Can you confirm what the transponder is, I know that the "powervu" channels clear on 1w 12302v 27500 as do the ones on 5e 12322v /12360V 27500, DIVA 12306H 25548, SIS 12418h 27500.
Can you confirm what software you have on you receiver, ie is it patched

Cheers Den- yes I think I have the latest patch...I was really assuming that if I inserted this long list of biss keys(4 lines) it would free up lots of channels - but receiver wont let me save changes.
particular transponders I would like til free up are 11216 v. 25001, 10934 v 25001 and if poss on Amos 2/3 10842 v 30002
if poss....I would like til make a hobby of this....but with head injury (learning difficulty) I lose my memory often of things I've learnt...but grateful for any help .. regards

With ref to the channels that you wish to decode via the soft cam, the receiver DOES NOT support (videoguard), I think that if you got a (conax) card you may be able to decode the channels on 10934v / 11216v 25001, (other members will be able to confirm)
As you may know there is NO longer any support for this receiver.
Were in the world are you, is your satellite system motorised, what satellites can you receive, with this info, I should be able to help you more.

Hi I am in Suffolk and have 1.2m dish and can get 50-60% signal inspite of nearby trees- yes I am motorised. and I can recieve all sats I think reciever has inbuilt Conax cam I think - I am mainly interested in scandivain as I have friends there. regards

Now that I now know that your system is motorised, you should be able to receive channels from 46e round to 30w.
Some of the channels that can be received are as follows.
