I'm not sure that your download rights happen automatically @aracheb . I think a member of Admin might have to do it manually so hopefully you'll be sorted soon. :) Welcome to DW

Takes a while for the forum to catch up, probably waiting for some script to run and update his status.

anyone willing to give quick step by step instructions on the correct way to change the display name of an extension on the KX-TDE600?

How To Change The Name In The Display:
1. Press the button directly under PROG in the display
2. Dial *# Enter xxxx for password
3. System will ask for Sys-Pgm No? (System Program number)
4. Dial 004 and Press enter
5. Dial the appropriate extension number
6. Using the keypad spell out what you want the display to say. For a space press the button directly under the arrow in the display

I am using UPCMCv8.00.0 and using it to learn the NS700 programming in offline mode.

Where can i get the docs for working offline on a new system?

I have the software from our phone vendor with a TDE 100 system, but every time I try to run it on Win10, I immediately get 'Application not found.' If I select a different model, I do get (after a few seconds) the error that it's the wrong model.
Any idea why that would be the case?

I'm trying to connect to a TDE100 (US version as far as I can see) and it keeps telling me "application not installed". Has anyone come across this error? I also cant find any PBX to connect to using the search button, even though I can ping the unit successfully. Any tips would be appreciated.
I'm trying to sort that out right now. I'm getting the same thing. The only lead I've found is that the application install folder seems to have sub folders dedicated to each model, except the TDE100/200.

If I go into the install directory and find the exact model, I at least get a better message:

Any ideas why I can't see the image posted by DanFB? I get a message saying this Opps we ran into some problems... I have the same issue as discussed above in that the PBX Maintenance console loads but when you select the system to connect to (an NCP500 in this case) the message 'Application not found'
Attachments are treated the same as downloads I believe so you don't have permission. 5 reasonable non clocking posts and 1 like are required to enable downloads.

A bit of advice... Introduce yourself in the who are you section and put a little effort into it, likes are normally given for putting the effort in.

Finally got confirmed. Emails were going to my junk folder. Need this program to service a none profit organization that had a TDA50 donated to them.

I just purchased the minimum subscription so I could download it. It worked great for programming the TDA50.

All i need now is to make sure this version can work for me,
Bob , what kind of system do you have?

Thank you

This works like a dream on an TDE100 and installs perfectly on Windows 10-1903 (only used ethernet though). Thank you so much! I also have the KX-TVA Maintenance Console that works well for the TVA50, but that's so much easier to find than this gem.

I'm new in this forum I want to know how things work, I have knowledge in asterisk but Panasonic is really hard even to enter to configure, any body have the configuration problem for the kx-tda50?
