I am currently finishing up a masters degree and as a student I get discounted or free access to numerous websites and services etc..

Just wondering before I finish up is there any websites and services that people would recommend to sign up for.

Here is an example of some deals i got with my student card.
  1. 150 AWS credit.
  2. Free JetBrains Pro suite license. cost over €700 per year but not worth it
  3. GitHub unlimited private repos
  4. Digital Oceans $50 in platform credit
  5. Datadog pro account
  6. Azure free credit cant remember how much i got.
  7. Free Microsoft licenses to win10, 2016, win8 etc...

Anyone suggest any others that i should sign up for before my card expires.

You can get good student discounts on macbooks as far as I know.

Unfortunately, the current range are utter shite.

You dont actually need to be a student to get those deals.

All you have to do is say you are one. by selecting shop for uni on the end of the apple website.

Dont think it is just Macbooks either I think you get discount on most apple products including IPads.

It's not a great discount on Apple. It's like 5% or something

@Grimeire how do you get the MS licensing?

My college is a member of the OntheHub site and all students can just go and register and get access to all MS, VMware and some other software.

when registering they will ask for your college email and thats all you have to do.

We have email alias in my college so i was able to register more than once and get a number of licenses for the same software as a result.

Amazon Prime Student?
HH.

Dont use amazon other than AWS since they charge ridiclious prices to ship to Ireland and i can find everything cheaper on ebay.
