OpenPLi 7 release candidate

-Build from OpenPLi git source develop branch
-GCC 6.3.0
-GLIBC 2.25
-GStreamer 1.14.4
-Python 2.7.13
-Some big binaries compressed with UPX (Ultimate Packer for eXecutables)
-Removed lots of python source files from the image
-Dedicated feed server

The box has about 4MB free after a virgin install, it's enough to run a softcam, and some other small plugins.
Keep in mind the free space is limited and don't go wild on installing plugins.

If you need some extra free space, you van delete the wqy-microhei.ttc font and the ofgwrite binary

Thank you very much for your perfect images. It's unbelievable how our old 400 Mhz boxes play high-bitrate mkv now w/o any hangs/glitches.

I have a humble request though.

Now when OpenPLi 7 is in stable stage officially - can you please reissue your build updated?

I can't make daily builds for the DMM boxes because they are always on the edge of their flash size, it will result in non working images.
I think nothing of interest has changed from RC to Final, and since I build the images from the develop branch the image was already ahead of the RC image. Don't expect new builds very soon.

Hi to all Will this immage work also on Sim 2.1? I have a Dreambox hd800se sim 2.1 with triple tuner have i add also some software for triple tuner? How i can do to save space on the DM?

Image works on a dm800se sim 2.1. Tripple tuner software is not included, I had some nice topics about it on Dreamoem, but all info is gone for several years now. Maybe there's some info about it elsewhere on this forum or other fora. I don't support it.

image works fine as for triple tuner you may get it in downloads once you meet minimum criteria

Mount your flash memory stick or HDD and download flashexpander from the feed .
hdd or usb should be divided into three sections by the mini tool partition free program. The first section is for transferring the memory and image applications to the flashexpander plugin and formatted with ext, the second section for recording movies and music, the third section of the swap.In the first section, after transferring to the remaining space, it is fashionable to install other plug-ins or backup.

hi thanks so much for the reply. I have to found he triple tuner software and also to install the flash expander i will try after the permissions will be enabled i hope sooonest. I have also installed XCplayer do someone know how this player will work?

When I play MKV it says the gstreamer vp9 plugin i not installed! How did you play yours please?
