xecuter sx pro memory card help

Hi guys
got a switch, got the sx pro installed, but the switch will only read a memory card in fat 32 unless i update. If i split xci files the switch sees them but wont play them. there ust be an easy solution but i cant find one anywhere.

Anyone got any ideas before i frisbee the fecking thing through the window?

sorted this guys, had to update firmware via a homebrew app.
