The echo buttons can now be used with routines which means at a press of a button you can run several tasks.

Hopefully they will drop back to £14.99 a pair.

Hey Bally how are you thinking of using the buttons with Routines?

Ang on, you get a device so you can use your voice to switch things on and off, to eliminate the 2 foot walk to operate a switch. Then you get a device to use instead of your voice.

These echo buttons and flic switches seem pointless to me.

You can also reprogram Amazon Dash buttons to work with Alexa too. And they are much cheaper.

Il be using it for my disabled grandmother so she can put her favorite radio station on with a press of a button.

Good useage.
Paul Hibbot on youtube has a video about using the dash buttons for controling alexa, they are around £4.99 each I think.

I saw those, but these can be color coded too right?

There some good deals on hue bulbs at moment so will probably look at adding a few to her house so they come on in the evening.
