I got it,and found a password recovery tool with a similar function Windows 10 Password Reset Tool - Reset Win 10 Password in SecondsI found http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ will tell you all. You need another PC to make that disk or that USB-stick. Then boot from it. Let's hope they didn't password-protect the BIOS and set it to 'boot from hard disc only'.
