here are a few snipets of information regarding the cracking of biss keys i have collected.

tutorial about cwf finder
1. press file
2. press open
3. type the vpid of the channel you want to search
4. search for the ts file of the channel you want to search
5. write on the cw start 12 digits you want to search
and then the last digits you want to stop (12 digits )
example
cw start:000000000000
cw end : FFFFFFFFFFFF
do not try that because your pc it will take a year to make that

To Make Searching Faster

Set Up Game Booster,
Open it,and,
Switch to Game Mood

Open the CW Finder prog.
Options:
Set Process Priority....Highest
Set Search Thread Priority........Highest
Start Searching..
You will find the number of searched CW keys gradually
increases/second.
When you finish searching, click again on Game Booster icon and,
Back to Normal Mood

Keys FIND Possibilities:

From 000000000000 to 100000000000 (25.0%)
From 100000000000 to 200000000000 (25.0%)
From 200000000000 to 300000000000 (10.0%)
From 300000000000 to 400000000000 (10.0%)

From 600000000000 to 700000000000 (01.0%)
From 700000000000 to 800000000000 (00.0%)
From 800000000000 to 900000000000 (00.0%)
From 900000000000 to A00000000000 (00.0%)
From A00000000000 to B00000000000 (10.0%)
From B00000000000 to C00000000000 (05.0%)
From C00000000000 to D00000000000 (04.0%)
From D00000000000 to E00000000000 (05.0%)
From E00000000000 to F00000000000 (04.0%)
From F00000000000 to FFFFFFFFFFFF (00.0%)

So search starts with big possibilities to smaller

if its ok with you can i check the key range starting A0.i can start this evening.

I am happy to join the hunt, I need the location (or file) to download CW Finder and of the course the .ts file and channel info along with the range that I should search.

May I suggest that once we have a 'crack' group set up we utilise our resources so that next time the key changes we can quickly and swiftly start the process with everyone knowing what to do etc.

Also, keep the key as secret as possible!

I have another note to CWfinder:
It seems that application is single threaded, so for you guys, who have multi core CPUs, it has sense to launch another instance(s) of CWfinder with different range(s). I have split my range into 2 parts where first instance goes trough lower part of range and second instance goes trough upper part. I propose to start additional instances from another directory (to maintain LastCW.log). Also it would be good to have separate stream.ts files so there are no collisions among instances of CWfinder during file read.

I don't understand where the % possibilities come from. For example, the last key began 80 but you are saying that is 0% possible. Am I missing something?

I can help out as well but I need an idiots guide starting from scratch, including what software I need.

I have an Nvidia 560ti whcih is cabable of running Cudabiss if that would be any quicker? Again, I need an idiots guide. :Biggrin2:

@blueplatinum,
got this from su ,from somebody who does a lot of searches for biss keys, and the ranges where he normally finds them

Is it OK to use CW Brute Force 0.5 to search. It seems very easy to use?

what settings are you using in the cw finder 09.its a while since i used this software.
in options i have set process priority ----normal
set search thread priority----normal
and i have a tick next to check for scrambling field.
anybody have different settings,to make the search faster

remember now
process priority highest
search thread priority highest

It's okay. I use Cw finder 1.0 now. If AVG detects viruses with CW finder - it's all right.

Okay, tried running CW 0.9 when I click on the application is says 'cannot find specified path or file, you may not have the appropriate permissions' or words to that effect, I have tried running as administrator but same result.

Anyone help?

@dantis
I had no problem starting Cwfinder09 on WinXP 32 bit and Win7 64 bit.
I had trojan warning with Avast and no warning with McAfee.
I got it from this link CWFinder09.rar

I suspect your antivirus sw is preventing starting the program.

I was going to offer to help but I analysed CW Finder 0.9 with 23 online virus scanners and most reported some nasty backdoor stuff. They might all be showing false positives but it looks like it basically opens up your computer for hackers as and when then need it for their use or sell it on to other criminal networks. Not willing to take the risk, sorry. I'm also just running a reasonably old laptop so I'm probably not much use to you anyway.

Most seemed to suggest it was dropping this: Backdoor:Win32/Hupigon
Google it and decide for yourself it you want it on your system.
