Hello world

I signed up for the JSC Al J sports package and had no problem at all until I encountered the log on exceeded problem and received an email telling me I was blocked as IP not from Middle East so they suspect if am from Europe. I have the overplay smart DNS and wondered if anyone can get around it in any way? Thanks

The website clearly indicates that our service is provided exclusively for the MENA region “Middle East and North Africa”, in addition, the apps that we promote in the different electronic stores contain a detailed description for the countries of broadcast.

Kindly read the following:
Subscription Process - FAQs

What does a subscription include?
This content is available exclusively in the Middle East and North African territories including: Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine (including the Gaza Strip and the West Bank), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

We confirm that your account has been violating our service by using different IP addresses within a short period of time and from different countries, which means either sharing your login details with others or using a proxy program/DNStool to relocate your IP address, and by doing so, you are bypassing our security systems. This is considered a major breach to our service as per our guidelines and regulations. Your account will remain blocked until it is automatically opened.

Just log another call. They usually unlock it. Also, tell them you don't know what any of that means, you're in Egypt. Or, and this is what I do... Don't use overplay as AJS are onto them
