dcc error 10057 in function send socket is not connected

today my dreambox had a fit and had to reload the image.
used the serial connection for the image, dbedit for the channel list and somehow managed to load cccam 2.1.3 via dcc.
but since i done it, unable to make contact with with dreambox via dcc.
keep getting

not sure why unable to make contact.
in cccam info, the box is recognised but under the providers, system is ok BUT provider names are all unknown.
have lost count the number of times i've restarted my equipment.

somehow now the dreambox ip has changed by itself but on dbedit now test ip is ok but test username/password is NOT ok.

using the dos command prompt, can ping BUT CANNOT telnet.
anyone???
tempted to fix it permanently with a hammer.

sorted by reloading from scratch.
error with a file in the addon-->server tab.

happened 3 times since post #4 including yesterday, and its pissing me off.

Dear DJ99 I have got the same error on dreambox dm800 hd, could you please tell me how to fix it as its make me really pissed off since its happend, your help will be highly appreciated,
