I have been with Orange for around 4-5 years now.
Every 12-24 months when my renewal of Contract is up, I normally make a fuss and get a good offer from retentions.

Last year I got 2800x-net mins, 500 text, 250mb internet and while it was new, the Samsung Omnia for £40 a month - which at that time I thought was a fantastic offer (the omnia offline was around £400, didn't expect the phone to be the biggest disappointment ever).

Anyhow my renewal was up so I called Orange and at first they said they could only offer me a standard contract without even passing me over to retentions.
I decided to wait a few days and called back saying this time I want to leave, they asked me why and I told them how long I had been a customer for and what the previous agent offered.
This time the agent put me through to Retentions and the helpful lady offered me - 2200-x-net mins, unlimited text, unlimted internet, 54 photo texts a month and the HTC Desire for £37 a month.
I again decided to wait a day to think about it.
I again called Orange back a day later and before asking to be transfered over to the lady I spoke to the day before, I pretended I had not been quoted for a renewal.
So the agent this time offered me exactly the same contract but for £30 a month, which I took straight away.

To me its the best deal I have ever seen, heard or had but maybe some of you might be able to beat it?

an excellent deal .dont think you'll beat that.
just goes to show, always worth trying your luck.
if you dont ask, you dont get...
