Tattoo Scar Tissue

Got a lot of tattoos
but recentley had a big eagle up my chest , into my neck and over my shoulder.
Never had a problem healing before ...but in my neck area i seem to have a fair bit of scar tissue just in that one area ! (sensitive area for me ) prolly 2 inch squared block .
struggling to get rid of it ..
the rest of the tatt is spot on.
any of u guys had scar tissue from tatts ?> if so wot best cream to shift it ?
tatt is 10 days old...and more or less healed . used bepanthem for 5 days till flakiness went , then shifted to a vitamin E moisturizer which i am still using .

I used Bapathen nappy rash cream when I had my thigh covered.

yeah bepanthen is great for healing ,
but only to be used for 5 days max really...
like i said .. this is healed and left the scar tissue ..its not obvious face on , but when u catch it in the light its instantly seen >
i really hope i can get rid of it !
